BCR Home Surveys
BCR conduct Home Surveys on properties of both modern or traditional construction. Our reports are bespoke to the property and intended to provide you with a clear understanding of your proposed purchase that will serve as a route map for your ownership over the years ahead. BCR Level 2 Surveys
Our Level 2 Home Survey (formerly known as a HomeBuyer Report) is designed to give you a clear, jargon-free understanding of your potential new property.
